5. AI-Powered Logo Generation
Our service uses AI technology to generate and refine logos. By using LOGOMAQ, you understand and agree that the AI may draw inspiration from various sources to create unique designs.
6. Payments and Refunds
When you purchase credits for our service, these credits are non-refundable once consumed. This means that after you use credits to generate or download logos, we cannot offer a refund for those used credits. Unused credits may be eligible for refunds within 3 days of purchase, subject to our discretion and applicable laws.
For refund calculations, we use a fixed price per credit based on our highest value credit pack (150 credits for $14.99). This results in a per-credit value of approximately $0.1. Refunds for unused credits will be calculated using this fixed rate, regardless of the original purchase price. Please note that this refund policy primarily applies to web purchases. For purchases made through mobile app stores, we may not be able to issue refunds due to the limitations of mobile payment systems and our credit/balance mechanisms. In any case, refund requests may need to be directed to the respective app store.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any activity that may interfere with or disrupt the service's functionality. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to hacking, distributing malware, or violating any applicable laws.
